Based in Germany, David and Isabell lead FORM II engagements across Europe. They choose who joins and stay close enough to the detail to make decisions without escalating them.

Dr. David Lehmann

David ran his own digital agency, Bildpunktschmiede, for more than a decade, then built the digital innovation consulting practice at JUNGMUT. He moved into academia after that and was most recently Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Hult in London.

He holds a doctorate in business administration from ESCP and has taught on programmes at ESCP, Oxford, and Stanford. His current research compares AI-native software projects with conventional ones. At FORM II he leads operating model design and product direction.

Isabell Hamecher

Isabell Hamecher

Isabell runs the work between client teams and FORM II’s specialists, and keeps the regulatory and organisational requirements in view while it is being built. She trained as a social anthropologist and works in AI governance, so the questions she raises early tend to be the ones that stall a project later.

She holds an MSc in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford and has completed Oxford Saïd programmes in AI ethics, regulation, and compliance, and in generative and agentic AI.

How the team is built

A broader bench without a layer of account management.

Senior engineers are part of FORM II’s core team, with additional specialists joining when the work calls for them. AI is part of the working method at every stage, not simply the end product.
